1) First, be certain that you have made a realistic valuation of the asking price of your property. Slightly overpriced properties will sell in a "hot" real estate market. 2) It is wise to include the entire 15 photos that you are allowed in your listing. Buyers love photos, so use as many as possible. Interior. Exterior. Close ups of any special architectual details. Your deck or pool. A pretty view.
